Roles for an inclusive learning team

Accessible analysis education is strengthened by collaboration among educators, learners, accessibility specialists and families. The roles below are suggested functions, not a roster of named staff or formal appointments.

Teaching and subject expertise

Educators define learning goals, choose reliable examples and teach probability, statistics or policy concepts accurately. They also set boundaries that keep activities non-wagering and respectful.

Accessibility and wellbeing support

Relevant support professionals can help identify accessible formats, communication options and classroom adjustments. Follow local safeguarding processes when a learner needs support beyond the scope of a lesson.

Student voice and shared review

Students should help shape participation options, identify barriers and give feedback on what works. Families can contribute context while respecting the student’s privacy and preferences.
